Sonian Forest

This is the largest forest in Belgium. Mainly beeches grow in it, even over 200 years old. Numerous walking and cycling routes have been marked out in the forest. There are also two routes for runners - green with a length of 6 km and blue with a length of 11.7 km. While wandering here you can meet squirrels and various species of birds. Deer and wild boars also live here.
