Ghent-Sint-Pieters train station

Local name: Station Gent-Sint-Pieters

The eclectic-style building, put into use in 1913 on the occasion of the World Exhibition, is one of the largest train stations in Belgium. In 2007, it underwent a general modernization, during which it was demolished to foundations, and then rebuilt using the same bricks clock tower towering over the station.
