Opened in 2008, the museum collects exhibits and works of art related to potatoes and their processing into fries. The exhibition includes machines for peeling, sorting, cutting and frying potatoes. The second part of the exhibition is filled with works of art (paintings, ceramics, films) in which potatoes and fries appear.
