Zaha Hadidplein

The square is named after the famous architect Zaha Hadid (1950-2016). The British of Iraqi origin was the first woman in history to be awarded the Pritzker Prize. The square is located in front of one of Hadid's works - the port administration building, which connects the historic fire station building and the modern superstructure, reminiscent of the water surface.
