68 meter long, unfinished tower of the cathedral of St. Stephen. It was designed at the beginning of the 15th century by Hans Puchsbaum, who was also the creator of the vault in the main nave. In 1511, work on the tower was stopped and it was covered with a makeshift Renaissance helmet. Currently, Pummerin hangs in it, the third largest free-hanging bell in Europe.
