The representatives of the Hochberg family, who ruled Pszczyna in the 19th and early 20th centuries, spared no expense on beautifying their seat. Therefore, on the southern outskirts of the palace park, they ordered a stable, a coach house and a riding hall, and a garage to be erected, housing magnificent vehicles and the purest horses.
