The ski resort is located at an altitude of 1670 m above sea level and is the highest resort on the Swiss side of the Portes du Soleil. From here you can see a picturesque peak with a characteristic shape, Haute Cime des Dents du Midi. The resort is the starting point for numerous routes, including the extremely difficult La Chavanette, known as the Swiss Wall.
