The Swiss Transport Museum in Lucerne has gathered a very rich collection of locomotives, ships, cars and planes. You can visit the planetarium, cinema and exhibition devoted to the Swiss painter and sculptor - Hans Ernie.
Visitors will see 30 models of aircraft, steam engines, antique bikes, they will also be able to use the Formula 1 simulator and the safe driving simulator. They will learn the history of the tunnel construction Gotthard from 1875 and the stages of development of Swiss transport.
One of the floors of the museum is occupied by a map of Switzerland made in 1:20,000 scale, its area is 200 m². The rest of the exhibition has been divided into 5 divisions, these are: rail transport, road transport, sea transport, air and space travel, as well as telecommunications.
