Fontana Park

The city park and green garden is located in the city center, within the borders of the Baroque garden before 1860. The name of the park comes from the name of the local hero Benedict Fontana, who died in 1499 at the Battle of Calven. In the park you can find a monument to the figure by Richard Kissling. Redwoods growing in the garden are also a big attraction.
