Botanical Garden

The botanical park is located on Isola Grande, the larger of the two islands on Lago Maggiore. The garden has almost 1,700 species of plants, especially tropical and subtropical, from countries such as Australia, New Zealand, but also from Central America and the Far East. You can see, among others, a lotus flower, eucalyptus tree, banana tree or prickly pear. D
