City Tower

Local name: Stadtturm

The gate tower is located in the old town and comes from the mid-15th century. In the past, it served as the north city gate. Next to the XII-castle is the only fully preserved part of the medieval city fortifications. The tower is over 56 meters high and has been a showcase of the city for many years.
