Aargauer Art Gallery

The museum was established in 1959 and presents numerous specimens that reflect the development of Swiss art from the late eighteenth century to the present day. It collects and exposes the works of Caspar Wolf, Johann Heinrich Füssli, Arnold Böcklin and many others. He also focuses on modern art, organizing about ten different exhibitions each year.
