The large, roofed square with metallic structure was designed by Santiago Calatrava and is part of the City of Arts and Sciences complex. The facility was commissioned in 2011. The hall can accommodate over 6000 people. The center hosts concerts, congresses, exhibitions and sporting events such as the Valencia Open 500 ATP tennis tournament.
