Church of the Savior

The church, whose construction was completed in the 12th century, is one of the most interesting buildings in the area. It is a temple created in the 11th-century Taifa Mosque, which was the expansion of the 9th-century Ummayad Mosque, and later converted into a Victorian religious building. All these constructions also reused Roman elements from the 2nd century.
