Toledo Cathedral

Santa Iglesia Catedral Primada de Toledo is a Gothic cathedral that was built in the thirteenth century on the initiative of King Ferdinand III of Castile. The most characteristic architectural elements of the temple are two towers, built in completely different styles. A huge gilded altar decorated with paintings by Francisco de Amberes and Jean from Burgundy makes an extraordinary impression on visitors.
