Metropol Parasol

Local name: Las Setas De Sevilla

The Metropol umbrella in Seville is a modern structure made of wood and concrete with a height of 70 and a length of 150 meters. It consists of six giant pillars shaped like mushrooms (hence the colloquial name "Las setas"). In the underground you can admire the remains of the Roman wall (Antiquarium), on the first floor there is a marketplace, the highest floors offer observation terraces and the opportunity to rest in the restaurant. The roof of the first level is occupied by a public square.
