Puente de Piedra, or the Stone Bridge in Zaragoza, dates from the 15th century. It is also known as the Lion Bridge because of the pillars decorating it with the image of these animals (the lion is in the coat of arms of the city). The bridge was rebuilt and reconstructed in the 17th century, after a great flood, the works were managed by Felipe de Busiñac.
