The museum of technology has in its collections thousands of exhibits (vehicles, machines, tools) documenting the history of Slovenian printing, agriculture, the automotive industry as well as forest management, hunting and fishing. The head office of the institution is located in the picturesque, historic complex of the former Carthusian monastery.
