Jurčič House

The house where the journalist and author of popular novels Josip Jurčič (1844-1881) was born is an example of traditional Slovenian architecture from the 19th century. Next to the house built in 1826 by the writer's grandfather, an apiary and a granary were erected in the 1970s. and flax drying room, thus creating a small picturesque open-air museum.
