The monumental temple measuring 54.7 by 34 m and 16 m high in the interior is the oldest monument in Presov. The beginnings of the church date back to the 13th century, and its current form was created as a result of repeated modernizations. The Gothic-Baroque altar of the temple is considered one of the most beautiful in Slovakia.
