The Alexandru Ioan Cuza Memorial Museum is housed in a neo-Gothic palace built between 1800 and 1811 as a ducal residence. At the end of the 1970s, the palace was transformed into a museum. In the restored interiors, you can see antique furniture, crystals, porcelain, clothes and cutlery. It also stores works of art and personal items belonging to members of the Cuza boyar family.
