Museum Square
Local name: Piața Muzeului
Museum Square is a small historic square in the city of Cluj-Napoca. It used to be a market. There is a statue of Empress Augusta Carolina on it, commemorating the visit of the imperial couple in the city in 1817. The statue is 10 meters high and is probably the oldest secular monument in the city. The Transylvania History Museum is also located adjacent to the square.
