Cetate Cultural Port is located in a former agricultural harbor, built around 1880. Nowadays, chamber music workshops and concerts, creative writing courses, acting and painting workshops are regularly organized here. There is also a small hotel, a cafe and a restaurant serving traditional Boyar cuisine and wines from two local wineries.
