Tâmpa Cable Car

The Tâmpa cable car connects the city of Brasov, located at the foot of Mount Tâmpa, with the top of the mountain range. The lower station is at the "Casa Pădurarului" inn, located 640 meters above sea level, and the final station is 320 meters higher at the "Panoramic" mountain restaurant.

The cable car route is 572 meters long, and the journey usually takes less than 3 minutes. A maximum of 20 passengers can travel simultaneously in the cabin. In good weather, you can admire the panorama of Brasov and the surrounding area while driving.
