Funicular of the Guindais

A funicular located on the Muralha das Freiras cliff above the Duero valley. It was opened in its current version in 2004, but its first version drove the inhabitants of Porto at the end of the 19th century. The line is about 300 m long and overcomes 61 m height difference on this section. Provides communication between the coast and higher city districts.
