The Cr7 Museum in Funchal is entirely devoted to the history of the famous Portuguese footballer Cristiano Ronaldo. The facility collects youth and professional, individual and team trophies from the athlete's entire career. The facility presents collections consisting of about 130 exhibits, of which the most important are the Golden Shoe and Golden Ball awards. In the museum you can see the original size of the wax figure of Cristiano Ronaldo, club shirts, balls from important matches with his own signature, rich resources of photography and audiovisual materials.
The museum was officially opened on December 15, 2013 by Cristiano Ronaldo himself. The footballer is from Madeira Island. He also attended his first club there, where his professional career began. The building has additional empty rooms waiting for more prizes to be won by the player in his further professional career.
