Cathedral of Faro

Built in the mid-13th century, the cathedral. Only fragments of the tower have survived to the present day. The nave and presbytery were added after the destruction of the 16th and 18th centuries. The church's interior is covered with a barrel vault. The walls are decorated with colorful azulejos tiles. You can go to the roof of the cathedral and admire the panorama of the city.
