Late Baroque Carmelite Church. It is the longest built temple in Faro. The construction began in 1715 and the church was completed at the end of the 19th century. The interior has one of the best wooden sculptural decorations in Portugal. The facade with two belfry towers is monumental and very extensive in terms of decoration. Under the church there is a chapel, which was lined with the bones of deceased religious.
