Coimbras Chapel

Private chapel of the Coimbra family adhering to the church of St. John. It is a building in the Manueline style, erected in the late 16th century. It was built of stone. It is decorated with statues of saints, decorated with pinnacles and columns. The interior is covered with gothic vaults, and on the walls you can see the scenes of creation of the world arranged from azulejos tiles. Under the floor are the graves of the Coimbra family.
