The cable railway to Kasprowy Wierch is one of the longest and oldest cable railway in Poland. Sixty-person modern wagons in about 9 minutes transport passengers from Kuźnice to the top of Kasprowy Wierch with a change at Myślenickie Turnie.

The cable car started functioning in 1936, after about 7 months of construction. It was renovated several times. The last modernization, thanks to which the speed of the wagons and the capacity of the railway increased took place in 2007.

Cable car wagons to Kasprowy Wierch cover a route of almost 4253 meters with a speed of 8 m / s. On the way there is a change at the intermediate station at Myślenickie Turnie. The height difference covered by the cable cars is 936 meters. From the glazed wagons you can admire the extensive panoramas. There is a restaurant at the top station of the railway. Nearby are the highest ski slopes in Poland, in the Kocioł Gąsienicowy and the Kocioł Goryczkowy.
