Blücher Battery

The bunkers were built on the Baltic dunes by Nazi air force as a top secret complex. Nowadays, the place operates as a museum and History Meeting Park. It presents the collection of items from the 1930s and 1940s, furnishings, equipment, uniforms, and household items.

The models of bunkers and reconstructions show scenes from the lives of German soldiers. The entire exposition is complemented by interactive screens, photographs in 3d and movies. The well-preserved shelters consist of a multimedia gallery. Visitors can also spend time in a paintball shooting range or outdoor archery. Blücher Artillery Battery is available for the entire year and can be explored with a guide.

The complex is located near the harbor, at the mouth of Słupia River. The battery belonged to Marine - Flak Division 243 with a headquarters in Kołobrzeg. The artillery was blown up in 1945. The area was under control of Red Army for two years.
