The "Skrzyczne" cableway is a chairlift which runs from Szczyrk to Skrzyczne, through an intermediate station at Hala Jaworzyna. It was built in the 50s of the 20th century and was the first chairlift in Poland.
The cable car to Skrzyczne is open all year round. It allows the tourists to reach the PTTK Chalet on the Skrzyczna Mountain and the skiers on numerous ski slopes. It has a length of almost 3 km, has 2 chairs in the lower section and 4 persons in the upper section.
