Zaskalnik Waterfall

The Zaskalnik waterfall located in the area of Szczawnica is one of the larger natural attractions of the Beskid Sądecki Beskid. You can find it in the lower reaches of Sopotnicki Potok, which supplies a waterfall.
Located in the south-west part of the Radziejowa Range in the Beskid Sądecki Valley, the waterfall Zasklanik is 5 meters high. A crystal clear cascade of water flows through it, which is very abundant after rain. Near the waterfall, there is a clearing to allow for a rest during the mountain tour.
The Zaskalnik waterfall can be reached in various ways, marked by different trails. The most popular is the blue hiking trail, leading from Szczawnica to the summit of Przehyba, but in these parts of the Beskid Sądecki can also be reached by bike or horse.
