The characteristic object in the center of Spała is a 36 meter high water tower called the Votive Tower. At present, this monument has been adapted for a gastronomic location, where the rigor and architectural history of the tower with modernity has been subtle. There is a playground for the youngest visitors in the surrounding park tower.
Tsarskaya tower is a brick red brick building built during the residence of Tsar Alexander III. The old pumping station is adjacent to it. The tower towers over the landscape of Spała in the surrounding nature park.
The walls of the tower are about 135 cm thick, and the whole building was originally made of wood. Over time, the concrete structure has been replaced, which remains today. Around the hydroelectric power station, together with the pumping station and the water and sewerage network, economic buildings for the staff were set up for the best possible infrastructure for Russian rulers. Buildings fulfilled their function until 1998.
