Jan Kasprowicz Family House

The facility is a branch of the Museum of Jan Kasprowicz in Inowrocław. Visitors can see two permanent exhibitions here: - "Kasprowicz Chamber", as well as "Kujawska folk sculpture". The first contains items of the poet Jan Kasprowicz, while the second exhibition gathers the works of the best folk artists of Kujawy.

The museum presents collections that approximate the time and mood when Kasprowicz wrote his works. These are exhibits from the time he lived (appliances and objects of everyday life, porcelain cutlery, art nouveau inkwell, furniture, etc.). Watching the second exhibition, it is particularly worth paying attention to the works of Eugeniusz Hynek (devils and Kuyavian musicians); Antoni Chynek (sculptures of chapels, carolers and legionaries). In addition to wooden works, you can also admire religious clay sculptures, the blind sculptor Andrzej Rusocki and the works of Stanisław Zagajewski - an artist enjoying international fame today.
