Park Solankowy

The 85 hectare park is ideal for walking, cycling in colors and scents, or an outdoor party. There are spa facilities and sanatoria, graduation tower, concert shells, summer theater with 1500 seats and a number of recreational facilities. You can play tennis, face the rope course, go to the gym or play chess.

Children's playground. The pearl of the park are the Papal Gardens and the infinite carpet of green and colorful carpets. In the park are two ponds, illuminated fountain, plenty of monuments and trees, planted by well-known people. On sunny days you can enjoy sunbathing or barbecues, sit on a bench next to General Sikorski, or stroll under the graduation tower and inhale salty mist.

It is interesting that in the Solana Park every year the team of diligent gardeners plant about 110 thousand flower seedlings, and the second so much in the whole city planted in flower beds and squares. Papal gardens were founded in the same way as the gardens of the Vatican. Among the plants are the ladybird, the japanese butcher, the carolinas and many other exotic species.
