The park is located in the central part of the Drawsko Forest. There are pedestrian, bicycle and didactic paths prepared for visitors. In addition, there is a small natural exhibition in the field station in the village of Bogdanka. In the park, apart from forest, you can also see numerous water reservoirs, including the unique Black Lake.
Over 80% of the area of the Drawa National Park is occupied by forests. Among them, there are 300-450 years old trees. In addition, there are numerous mid-forest lakes, among others lake Ostrowiec which is the largest and lake Dubie which is the deepest. The vegetation in the Park is characterized by unusual diversity. There are about 40 species of mammals in the park, among them otters, roe deers and deers. Numerous species of birds living here include rare black stork and white-tailed eagle. About seven species of reptiles have been encountered in the park.
