Museum of the Polish School

The Museum of the Polish School presents the recreation of a school class from the 20th century and materials related to the activity of the Union of Poles in Germany. Truths of Poles adopted at the congress in Germany in 1938 are inscribed on the walls inside. The museum is located in the former primary school.

Enthusiasts of history can learn here about the Polish minorities and Kashubian struggles for national rights from the interwar period to the end of the war, and also watch photographies and documents from the then times.

The museum also collected items from other former schools in Bytów such as school diplomas, notebooks, registers, and photographies.
