Casemates Museum

The preserved stronghold from 1811 was a successor of the defensive buildings that had been built here since the Middle Ages. It is now a monument open to the public. Inside, you can see an exhibition dedicated to the history of casemates and important personalities who stayed here, headed by Charles V Habsburg and Napoleon Bonaparte.
