The extensive wadi stretches over 40 km in length and ends as far as the Dead Sea. Its name appears in the Old Testament as the valley of the Zered stream. It runs through a tourist trail, which can be overcome in whole or in stages, visiting the temples and sanctuaries located in the valley.
