Medieval village

A reproduction of the late-medieval village was built in the second half of the 19th century. Residential houses, churches, streets, squares and fountains from the era were reproduced here. The whole is surrounded by fortified walls, and the entrance leads through a defensive tower. Individual buildings are mainly inspired by castles built in Piedmont and the Aosta Valley.
