Villa Regina Margherita

The city park was created shortly after the unification of Italy in 1878. It was opened to the public in 1889 as a garden dedicated to Queen Margherita di Savoia. There are aviaries with many species of birds, ponds with swans, as well as five columns that were part of the Garibaldi theater.
