Scipione Castle

The castle is one of the oldest in the province of Emili Romagna. It was built in the 11th century by the Marques of Pallavicino and the whole canopy is inhabited by the descendants of this family. The renaissance reconstruction from the 16th century brought him its present appearance. Valuable frescoes from around 1600 and furniture from the 17th and 18th centuries have been preserved in the interiors.
