The White Beach Rosignano

A stretch of beach in the vicinity of the town of Rosignano, which owes its fame to the white shade of sand and the intensely blue sea waters that resemble tropical islands.

This view is the result of human activity, namely the neighboring factory of sodium soda, sodium hydroxide, hydrochloric acid and others, which discharges production waste directly to the sea, mainly chalk and calcium chloride mixed with various quills. A whitish suspension floats in the water, giving it an unusual color in the sun.

Although the beach is very popular, many scientists warn that swimming in this place may be harmful to your health.
