Rocca

A medieval castle on the coast, the interior of which now houses the City Museum. The castle was built at the beginning of the 12th century and has undergone many modernizations since then. Its present look was given by the last one, from the 19th century, when it was turned into an Austro-Hungarian army barracks. The castle is a square-shaped structure with corner towers and an internal courtyard. It is one of the most recognizable buildings in Riva del Garda.
