A center of contemporary art built at the beginning of the 21st century and being a museum on the one hand and a meeting place for artists on the other.

The futuristic building of the museum houses exhibition areas and auditoriums intended for the organization of cultural events.

It presents temporary exhibitions documenting trends and changes in the visual arts of the second half of the twentieth and early twenty-first centuries.
