A small castle on a hill above Portofino's harbor. It was built in the 15th century to defend the coast against aggression from the sea. In the 19th century it was bought by the English consul in Genoa and turned into a luxurious summer villa.
The stone castle with picturesque turrets is surrounded by a park with stunning rose crops and numerous pergolas where you can find shelter from the sun. From here you have a beautiful view of Portofino, and the chateau is rented for various celebrations, concerts and parties.Less
