Brunella fortress

Impressive fortress, named after the peculiar color of the rock it stands on. Its architectural features correspond to the classical Renaissance defense system, however the exact period of its construction is still unclear. The fortress is the most powerful military work of the region, in the past its strategic location allowed it to control all major routes from this area.
