The cathedral dates back to the 1950s, which makes it the youngest stone cathedral in Europe. It was built in a mixture of neo-gothic and neo-renaissance styles. You can see, among others, the figure of the Virgin Mary by I. Stuart and the mosaic "Crucifixion" by P. Pollen.
