Prespa National Park

National Park including the Little Lake Prespa, the southern part of the Great Prespa and the sand spit separating them. Together with neighboring national parks in Macedonia and Albania, it forms a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. It is known primarily as a nesting place for water and blue birds, including cormorants.
